My Super VA has 2 levels of VA support service packages available.

Whichever level of support you choose we will always:-

  • Provide the most efficient use of time and resources;
  • Pay attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Impart and share our experience and knowledge;
  • Deliver what we promise in good time; and,
  • Add a generous helping of pixy dust to make you and your business look fantastic.

Diamond – a cut above the rest

  • Hourly rate £35 per hour
  • Minimum hours per month – 10 hours
  • Payment terms – Monthly Standing Order for £350, balance by cheque or online transfer
  • Unused hours – can be carried forward for use the following month.
  • Hourly rate if minimum hours exceeded £35 per hour

Suitable for busy business owners needing regular ongoing support with the smooth running of their business while they get on with what they do best. Clients on the Diamond level get us to send out newsletters, research and book flights, format and beautify their documents, create and chase invoices, manage their event bookings and enquiries, take care of booking clients in their diaries, prepare super looking PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets.

Pay As You Go Vouchers

  • Hourly rate £40 per hour
  • Minimum hours per voucher – 6 hours
  • Purchase vouchers in advance
  • Vouchers are valid 12 weeks from purchase
  • Work is timed and rounded up to nearest 5 minute unit and drawn down from voucher balance
  • Vouchers can be paid for by cheque, online transfer or PayPal

Suitable for ad-hoc mini-projects, one-off documentation, quick turnaround and/or work overload.
